The committee comes up with materials; identify opportunities, plan activities for the young lawyers and Law students in different universities this can be through implementing KCLF students Day at UON and Elders night.
The committee also identifies mentors; these are people who have been in the profession for more than five (5) years. Young lawyers and Law students who are mentees are mentored for a period of 12 months.
